Delete Your Account & Data

You can request deletion of your Maligtas.ph account and the data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@maligtas.ph from the email address registered to your account.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Maligtas.ph account".
3. We will verify the request came from your registered email and confirm once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile (name, email, mobile number)
• Location data and photos you attached to emergency requests
• Device push-notification tokens

What may be retained

Records of dispatched emergency responses may be retained in anonymized form where required for local government incident reporting and public-safety auditing. These are no longer linked to your identity.

Timeline

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days of verification.
